Our vineyards each offer a distinct expression of place, shaped by their unique locations, soils, and microclimates across the South Okanagan and Similkameen valleys. Sandhill Estate Vineyard, near Oliver and framed by rocky cliffs, basks in intense sunshine and soaring summer heat. Here, low yields and careful farming practices produce small, concentrated fruit that delivers wines with exceptional depth, structure, and character. Meanwhile, Hidden Terrace Vineyard, perched on a secluded plateau north of Oliver and tucked behind McIntyre Bluff, enjoys sandy soils, cooler temperatures, and gentle eastward sun exposure—ideal conditions for growing refined, expressive fruit.
In the heart of the Similkameen, Vanessa Vineyard spans 75 acres of rolling hills, where rocky soils, steady winds, and excellent drainage contribute to bold, concentrated wines that capture the raw beauty of the valley. Each site is carefully tended to bring out the best of its terroir, from the elegance of Hidden Terrace, to the power of Vanessa, to the richness of Sandhill Estate. Together, these vineyards form the foundation of our small lot and white label portfolio.
